I actually finished the demo in time lets go!!

If you want more insight on the process thus far, you should take a peak at one of my other devlogs for this where i included the OLDEST screenshots i can find from when this game was first a small concept in my mind! It's came along way. I'm overall content with how the demo is so far, but i will for sure be fixing up certain areas alongside the writing of act 2

Anywho, as for post jam stuff!

Our first priority is accessbility! So the UI will be getting a little overhaul, including the option to use the open dyslexic font, potential color pallete changes, and some more small features like resizing certain UI elements. 

For some more fun plans, that may not make it into the act 2 update, We have plans to allow the MC to pick their own icon from some preset icons we will be desigining just to make things a bit more interesting!

We've also contemplated some other small stuff, like letting the player choose their color palette for their Lyte app on their laptop (I.e light mode vs dark mode) since we've allowed the love interests to customize their chats anyways ;p


I took a day off to spend some time with family after submission, and I'm honestly surprised at how many people are downloading this and checking it out! I was very nervous to post it, especially with it only being a demo and so early on in our very long story, but the response has been very encouraging!

Now that I've had a day off, we are already hard at work working on the second Act so that we can try to get more of the story out to you guys as soon as possible!
